Have you ever wished you could meet someone else with a similar diagnosis as your own? Someone who shares and can relate to the challenges you experience from day to day?
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is hosting the occasional Potluck Dinner, where patients who share the same or similar diagnosis can meet one another in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Family and other supporters are welcome. They hope that this is a fun and informal way for people to get to know one another.
If you would like to attend, please phone Sharon Paulse at least 3 days in advance, so they can plan to have enough chairs and plates for everyone.
If you don't see a relevant diagnosis listed but are interested in attending something like this, please contact Sharon Paulse to plan future get-togethers. They would like to include everyone!
Special Note:
It would be ideal if people labelled the dish with the ingredients so people know what is in it. If you do have food allergies or sensitivities, please bring the food you need, as potlucks may or may not have what you can eat.
Free program. Please RSVP at least 3 days in advance.
