
Waldenstrom's Macroglobulinemia
rare disorder, which has features in common with an indolent non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and with multiple myeloma. The progression of the condition more closely resembles indolent non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
White Blood Cells (Leukocytes)
They comprise several different types of cells within three main types: granulocytes, lymphocytes and monocytes. They are formed in the BONE MARROW and it is their uncontrolled proliferation, which leads to leukemia. Normal values are within the range 4 .5 - 11.0 x A9 per liter.
